Andersen Caledonia is the laboratory of choice for a large number of hospitals and manufacturers who wish to test their machines to show compliance with HTM 2030 / 2031 and ISO 15883. Over the last 10 years we have invested in a range of facilities, certifications and experience which cannot be matched.

• We have two laboratories in Bellshill, Lanarkshire and Keele, Staffordshire which are both UKAS accredited. Remember you cannot use laboratories which only offer ISO9001 certification as they do not meet new HTM01 and European requirements.
• We are the only laboratory in the UK which has UKAS accreditation for the testing of water from washer / disinfectors for Total Viable Count, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Legionella for these standards.
• Our staff have City and Guilds qualifications to perform annual and quarterly tests on washer / disinfectors and have considerable experience with a wide range of equipment
• We manufacture our own soils, test pieces and biofilms
• We offer a full range of tests including endotoxins, mycobacteria and residual chemical analysis using the TOC method
• We operate across the whole of the UK
• We can provide results using various method which includes uploading onto an online database
