Chemical Detergent Testing

Andersen Caledonia provides testing for residual cleaning detergents on invasive devices and rinse water from washer / disinfectors. Testing is performed with the Total Organic Carbon (TOC) method using UV radiation to oxidise the organics present in the sample. The reported concentration of detergent is calculated allowing the effectiveness and consistency in cleaning the product to be analysed.

Typical customers include device manufacturers and hospital sterile processing centres.
