Andersen Caledonia provides a wide range of testing services to support sterile or clean manufacture by medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies and suppliers to the life science industry. Our staff based at Glasgow and Keele provide a full coverage of the country. As we are entirely focussed on the life sciences industry we are able to offer a number of specalised services and expertise in analysing the results. The tests performed include:

• Cleanroom monitoring using settle plates, swabs, air samplers and particle counters. Areas monitored include cleanrooms and isolation cabinets

• Product Bioburden testing to verify the level of contamination post manufacture and before terminal sterilisation.

• Water Testing for chemical, endotoxins and microbial quality including legionella**

• Ethylene oxide residual testing
