Lauren Andersen, BA, MBA
Lauren Andersen co-founded Andersen Caledonia in 1997. Her background in healthcare industry leadership spans more than two decades and three continents. She began her career in international finance with a major European bank. Since joining the Andersen group, founded over fifty years ago, she has headed medical device companies in the US, Europe and Asia. Ms. Andersen has a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College (US) and an MBA from INSEAD, France. She is a member of the Institute of Directors (UK).
Jonathan Lintott
Jonathan has a degree in engineering from Oxford and a masters in business from Insead (France) and is a co-founder of the company. He has worked in the sterilisation industry for 14 years. During this time he has been actively involved in regulatory committees both in the USA and UK and has given many speeches on the subject of sterilisation including over 500 people at the AORN in Florida. As a co-founder of the company he has been active in developing new business but is also certified in HTM testing and assists in sterilisation validations.jlintott@andersencaledonia.com

Raymond Minnis
Raymond joined Andersen Caledonia in 2002 after working for 10 years in private practice as an accountant. He is looking after a wide variety of commercial clients. In 2007 Raymond became a director of the company.

Ian Scott
Ian joined Andersen in 2001 after working for 5 years in production and maintenance in the semi-conductor industry at NEC. He became production manager in 2005.

Isabella has a degree in applied biology and over 13 years experience of quality assurance in the medical device and microbial testing industries.

Claire Walsh
Claire is a qualified microbiologist with over 7 years experience of working within a UKAS accredited laboratory.
